The M16C-Ctrl-PCB is an evaluationboard for the M16C62 microcontroller by Mitsubishi/Renesas.

Changes in Version V1.1:
- added RS485-driver
- graphic-contrast voltage supplied by MAX232
- Latch removed
- drills improved (Keys, Supply connector)

  • 1-Wire Temperaturesensor (DS1820)

  • 1. serial interface (SUB-D via MAX232)(also for programming)
  • 2. serial interface
    TTL on solderpins or RS485-Driver (in SMD or DIP)
  • Driver-IC ULN2803 (e.g.. for stepper-motors or additiona relays)
  • LEDs
  • solder jumpers for individual configuration (e.g. ext. Bus, AD-Ref, etc)
  • All portpins (and driveroutputs) on connector pads
  • Programming logic for M16C-Flashers integrated, means: no jumpers or resetting via programming
  • Size of PCB: 1/2 Euro (80x100mm)
